Key Responsibilities: Responsible to execute the site with team and vendors . Monitor site progress and ensure work is done as per drawings, quality, and safety standards. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants for smooth project delivery. Prepare daily progress reports, site documents, and assist in billing and BOQ verification. Primary job location will be Noida; however, the position is transferable and may require relocation to any project site across India based on organizational and project requirements. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols. Ensure timely execution of civil and interior fit-out works as per project schedule. Read and interpret construction drawings, BOQs, and technical documents. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and the internal project management team. Conduct site inspections to identify issues, track progress, and ensure corrective actions. Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and maintain project documentation. Ensure adherence to material and workmanship standards. Manage and supervise site labor and subcontractors.
