Site Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and result driven Site Engineer with 2-3 years of experience in the Civil and Interior Fit outs. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in supervising on-site activities to ensure timely project delivery within quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling on-site challenges, solving technical issues, and maintaining clear communication with project teams, clients, and consultants. Primary job location will be Noida; however, the position is transferable and may require relocation to any project site across India based on organizational and project requirements.   Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols. Ensure timely execution of civil and interior fit-out works as per project schedule. Read and interpret construction drawings, BOQs, and technical documents. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and the internal project management team. Conduct site inspections to identify issues, track progress, and ensure corrective actions. Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and maintain project documentation. Ensure adherence to material and workmanship standards. Manage and supervise site labor and subcontractors. Address technical and engineering challenges arising at the site with proactive solutions. Assist in project planning, resource allocation, and quality monitoring. Ensure safety measures and protocols are implemented at all times.   Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 2–3 years of hands-on experience in site supervision for civil and interior fit-out projects. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and team coordination skills. Willingness to relocate occasionally based on project requirements across India.   Preferred Attributes: Experience in corporate interior projects (commercial office spaces). Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
