1. Coordinating between the site and office.
2. Prepare DSR (Daily Site Report)
3. Preparation of work schedule and cross checking the time line of scheduled work.
4. Ensure sites are neat and clean
5. To record the time of site workers
6. Getting the approval from project head and PMD
7. Make notes for every meeting (meeting with Structural consultants, Architects, MD etc.) in meeting minutes register and get it signed from the meeting participants and approved from Project Manager/Project Head.
8. Complete responsibility of quality of construction, material checking, shuttering, concrete and level checking.
9. Prepare contractor's bills for paymentS
10. Supervising of all works in their site
11. Keeping & filing of site plan, permit & other certificates
12. Provide weekly request for materials as per the work in site
13. Maintain and up-keep of all assets, machinery and rental equipment’s at site.
