Personal Assistant Cum Driver

• Check daily plan and organize meetings, appointments and schedules.
• Do follow up with respective parties regarding meetings.
• Do maintain and update the files related to tasks and meeting.
• Do record the meeting minutes if it is required.
• Assist general administrative if it is required.
• Maintain and update the vehicle documents.
• Clean and keep the car every day.
• Record daily works, visitors list, and next day plan in the diary.
• Keep office and CEO's peronal hospitality.
• Submit last day review at everday day morning.
• Assist CEO and do necessary arrangements based on the opponent like client, bank, sub-contractors and business partners.
• Assist client from basement or lift when them visit the office.
• Assist client to their vehicles and do necessary arrangements when they leaving the office.
• Do arrangements like tea and snacks if it is required.
• Required to park vehicle at proper place and assist CEO at the time of site visit.
• Arrange the meeting room before an interview or meeting.
• Do arrangements for tea and snacks whenwhen the meeting is conducted at outside (Eg: client's office) if it is required.
• Assist the second party and do arrangements when the meeting is conducted at the outside if it is required.
• Do drive only carefully.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
