Assistant Project Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager (APM) with a background in Civil Engineering to support the planning, coordination, and execution of interior fit-out and civil projects. The ideal candidate should have at least 3-4 year of hands-on experience in project coordination, site supervision, and vendor management, preferably within the corporate interiors or commercial construction sector.   Key Responsibilities: Responsible to execute the site with team and vendors . Monitor site progress and ensure work is done as per drawings, quality, and safety standards. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants for smooth project delivery. Prepare daily progress reports, site documents, and assist in billing and BOQ verification. Track material requirements and follow up for timely delivery to site. Attend client meetings and assist in addressing site-related issues. Maintain proper records of drawings, measurements, and progress updates.   Qualifications & Skills: Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering (mandatory). Experience: Minimum 3-4 year of experience in civil or interior fit-out projects. Technical Skills: Understanding of civil and interior works, BOQ, Specs, materials, and construction techniques. Familiarity with project documentation, billing, and quality checks. Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. Problem-solving attitude and keen attention to detail. Time management and organizational abilities.
