Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Back-end Executive to join our team in Sector 27, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have excellent written English skills and be able to work proactively with business teams. Candidates should have between 1 to 6 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Coordinate with business teams to provide end-to-end support.
Complete assigned activities within the given TAT.
Work from the office, maintaining a 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM schedule.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.

Job Requirements

MBA in Finance with very good English speaking skills.
Excellent command over written English.
Proactive coordination skills with business teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in a similar role is preferred.
Must pass a grammatical English written test.
Convent educated.
2 years of experience.
Gurgaon resident.
