Job Description – Backend Process Executive (Secured Loans) Position: Backend Process Executive – Secured Loans Location: Delhi Department: Operations Reporting To: Operations Manager --- About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven professional to join our Secured Loans Operations team. The incumbent will be responsible for managing end-to-end backend processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in loan operations. --- Key Responsibilities: Manage backend operations for secured loan products including Home Loans, Loan Against Property, and Mortgage Loans. Conduct thorough verification of customer documents such as KYC, financials, property papers, and other supporting records. Coordinate with Credit, Legal, and Technical teams to ensure smooth processing and timely approvals. Accurately update and maintain data in the Loan Management System (LMS) and other operational trackers. Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, company policies, and internal audit requirements. Follow up with internal and external stakeholders for pending documents, clarifications, or discrepancies. Support in loan disbursement activities, agreement execution, and post-disbursement formalities. Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and trackers for management review. Deliver error-free processing within defined Turn-Around Time (TAT). --- Required Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of secured loan documentation and processes. Good understanding of financial, legal, and compliance requirements in lending operations. High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and data management skills. Effective communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and loan management systems. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. --- Educational & Professional Qualifications: Graduate / Post-Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration. 1–3 years of experience in backend operations for secured loans (preferred).
