Back End Developer

We are seeking a talented Java Spring Boot Backend Engineer with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement efficient and scalable backend services using Spring Boot framework
• Develop and integrate complex data processing pipelines leveraging technologies like Apache Kafka, Redis, and PostgreSQL
• Implement caching strategies to optimize application performance and responsiveness
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and problem-solving to ensure the quality and reliability of our systems
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the Java and Spring ecosystem

Required Skills and Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in Java and Spring Boot development
• Proficient in data structures and algorithms (DSA) and their implementation in Java
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security, and other Spring ecosystem components
• Familiarity with message queuing systems like Apache Kafka and caching solutions like Redis
• Experience working with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about technical challenges
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Passion for writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and DevOps practices

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization using Docker
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like JUnit, Mockito, and Selenium
• Exposure to front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular) or mobile development
