Role Overview Leads program governance, execution, and client engagement for large scale enterprise-wide Microsoft 365 migration program. Acts as the senior client-facing leader representing delivery capability. Key Responsibilities Establish program governance and oversee migration waves across 10+ countries. Define and track project KPIs (device enrollment, data integrity, user adoption, SLA compliance). Serve as single point of escalation for stakeholders up to CIO/CTO level. Align multiple workstreams (migration, adoption, compliance, Hypercare). Ensure timely reporting, RAID management, and steering committee updates. Required Skills & Experience 12+ years in program management with global IT transformation projects preferably in Financial Services Industry. Experience managing ≥40K-user M365 rollouts. Proven ability to work in regulated industries with high compliance overhead. Strong communication, governance, and stakeholder management experience. Preferred Qualifications PMP, Prince2, or PgMP certification. Experience in BFSI transformation programs. Exposure to multi-country, multicultural delivery contexts.
