Role Overview

We are hiring a Business Development Executive with at least 2 years of experience in the EdTech industry to drive our growth. This is a hybrid role requiring both remote work and on-site meetings with potential clients.

📌 Location: Hybrid (Office + Travel for Client Meetings)

💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

📅 Probation: First 3 months target-based. If targets are not met, employment will be terminated.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Identify and connect with schools, colleges, and training institutes to pitch Vacademy.

🔹 Build strong relationships with decision-makers (Principals, Directors, Admins).

🔹 Generate leads, conduct product demos, and close deals efficiently.

🔹 Handle B2B sales cycles, negotiate contracts, and onboard clients.

🔹 Travel as required to meet potential clients and attend industry events.

🔹 Collaborate with the marketing team for outreach campaigns.

🔹 Maintain detailed records of sales activities using CRM tools.

Requirements

✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development in the EdTech sector.

✅ Excellent professional communication skills (written & verbal).

✅ Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

✅ Strong understanding of the EdTech landscape, SaaS platforms, and LMS solutions.

✅ Ability to travel for client meetings.

✅ Experience in handling B2B sales and partnerships.

✅ Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
