Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Business Analyst in Payments-Incubation, based in India. The ideal candidate will have 6-9 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
Analyze complex data sets to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with payment systems and processes.
Design and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Provide training and support to end-users on new payment systems and processes.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of payment systems and processes, including credit card processing and electronic payments.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong collaboration with stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working with technology services companies, focusing on innovation and continuous improvement.
