We are seeking a skilled and detail oriented Business Analyst with strong experience in Telecom Billing systems and a solid understanding of Finance operations The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather analyze and document business requirements while driving improvements across telecom billing platforms and related financial processesKey ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to telecom billing and financial systemsTranslate business needs into functional and non functional requirements ensuring alignment with technical teamsWork closely with billing operations finance and IT teams to drive improvements in billing accuracy revenue assurance and financial reportingParticipate in the design testing and implementation of new billing features system enhancements and process improvementsAnalyze large datasets to identify trends inconsistencies and improvement opportunitiesSupport the migration and integration of billing platforms or financial systems as neededDevelop documentation including business requirement documents BRDs functional specifications process flows and user guidesFacilitate workshops meetings and presentations with cross functional teamsAct as a liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure clear communication and delivery

Required Skills Qualifications

5 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably in the Telecommunications industryStrong knowledge of Telecom Billing systems e g Kenan Amdocs CSG or equivalentSolid understanding of Finance processes such as revenue recognition invoicing and reconciliationProficient in data analysis and reporting tools e g Excel SQL Power BI TableauExperience with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologiesExcellent communication analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in billing system migrations or financial system upgradesKnowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in telecom billing and financeCertifications such as CBAP PMI PBA or similar
