We are seeking a skilled and detail oriented Business Analyst with strong experience in Telecom Billing systems and a solid understanding of Finance operations The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather analyze and document business requirements while driving improvements across telecom billing platforms and related financial processes
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to telecom billing and financial systems
Translate business needs into functional and non functional requirements ensuring alignment with technical teams
Work closely with billing operations finance and IT teams to drive improvements in billing accuracy revenue assurance and financial reporting
Participate in the design testing and implementation of new billing features system enhancements and process improvements
Analyze large datasets to identify trends inconsistencies and improvement opportunities
Support the migration and integration of billing platforms or financial systems as needed
Develop documentation including business requirement documents BRDs functional specifications process flows and user guides
Facilitate workshops meetings and presentations with cross functional teams
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure clear communication and delivery
Required Skills Qualifications
5 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably in the Telecommunications industry
Strong knowledge of Telecom Billing systems e g Kenan Amdocs CSG or equivalent
Solid understanding of Finance processes such as revenue recognition invoicing and reconciliation
Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools e g Excel SQL Power BI Tableau
Experience with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies
Excellent communication analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in billing system migrations or financial system upgrades
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in telecom billing and finance
Certifications such as CBAP PMI PBA or similar
