As we expand our retail and institutional footprint, we are looking for a dynamic B2B Sales professional to represent Tatha with confidence, clarity, and passion.


Role Overview

The B2B Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing partnerships with retail chains, boutique stores, hotels, spas, corporate gifting partners, and other institutional clients. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and who thrives in a fast-growing, purpose-driven brand environment.


Key Responsibilities

o  Identify and acquire new B2B clients across retail, wellness, hospitality, and corporate sectors.

o  Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, procurement heads, and retail partners.

o  Lead product presentations, brand pitches, and negotiations with potential partners.

o  Create professional presentations, proposals, and sales materials independently.

o  Track sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategy.

o  Drive placement of Tatha products across key retail locations in line with brand positioning.

o  Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution.

o  Represent Tatha at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.

o  Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM data.


Required Skills & Qualifications

o  Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in skincare, wellness, beauty, FMCG, or related premium personal care categories.

o  Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and presentation.

o  Strong computer proficiency: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, email communication, CRM tools.

o  Ability to create compelling sales decks and documents independently.

o  Strong negotiation and relationship-building ability.

o  Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a high-ownership environment.

o  Understanding of premium/luxury retail dynamics is a strong plus.

o  Willingness to travel for meetings, store visits, and partnerships as required.
