Asks probing questions to translate business needs in order to build and design reporting solutions (metric management, dashboards, enterprise performance management). Documents reporting and BI requirements to facilitate the translation of technology solutions to meet the defined business objectives. Conducts verification of IT solutions to ensure user requirements and business value is achieved. Work closely with training managers and facilitators to define requirements to deliver the training to support the business needs. Organise and lead productive meetings with focus on stakeholders’ satisfaction. Team Management and Development of People: Required to supervise cross functional teams seconded to handle project related assignments such as User Acceptance testing, requirements analyses etc. for projects with long duration, the incumbent may be required to administer Performance Management Review updates for assigned testing staff during the year. Ensures the development and maintenance of technical skills, knowledge of bank products/services, policies and procedures to ensure service quality standards of IT and Business users.
