Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth through corporate sales.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions to increase client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage a pipeline of leads, converting them into appointments and closing deals to meet or exceed monthly targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services, resulting in high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

  • 2-8 years' experience in B2B sales, preferably in the engineering & construction industry.
  • Proven track record of success in corporate selling, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective appointment generation, client meeting management, and relationship-building.
