Key Responsibilities:

B2B Sales Management:

• Take ownership of the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals with business clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market.
• Develop and implement strategies to build a strong client portfolio and generate steady revenue.

Fieldwork:

• Engage in regular fieldwork to meet prospective clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions.
• Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and product demos to build client trust and secure partnerships.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed targets and KPIs.
• Provide coaching and training to sales staff on effective B2B sales techniques and customer relationship management.

Market Research and Analysis:

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to stay ahead of the curve.
• Analyze customer feedback and market data to optimize sales strategies and improve performance.

CRM Management:

• Ensure the CRM system is consistently updated with client information, sales activities, and progress.
• Track sales performance, report on key metrics, and suggest improvements for the team.

Relationship Building:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business.
• Serve as the point of contact for key clients and address any concerns to ensure smooth operations.
