Role & responsibilities Own B2B sales for event organizers, sports leagues, wedding planners, and corporates. Pitch FotoOwls AI-powered platform with clarity, confidence, and no fluff. Generate and convert leads through outreach, partnerships, networking, and industry connects. Work closely with internal teams (Product, Ops, Marketing) to close deals fast and delight clients. Build long-term relationships with partners, always delivering value and support. Manage the full sales cycle: prospect pitch close upsell. Preferred candidate profile Experienced B2B sales professional with 2+ years in event sales across sports, weddings, and corporate events. Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and upselling. Fluent in English and Hindi, with strong presentation and communication skills. Comfortable with tech products, CRMs, and SaaS solutions. A self-starter and team player who thrives in fast-paced startup environments. Passionate about AI, marketing, and driving impact through innovation. Seeks ownership, growth, and meaningful contributions in India's tech ecosystem.
Responsibilities Reach out to at least 180 customers per week (mix of new and existing customers) via calls. Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers. Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities and share them with the sales team. Collect feedback and relay customer insights to the internal team. Maintain proper records of interactions in CRM. Requirements & Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). Should possess negotiation skills, quick thinking, and a strong sales mindset . Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent results. Proactive attitude and ability to meet weekly outreach targets. Comfortable handling customer queries and providing clear information. Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
