Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy and Planning:- Develop and execute a comprehensive customer acquisition and success strategy tomeet or exceed sales targets.- Identify target customer segments and develop effective strategies to reach andengage them.- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, andtrends.- Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to align strategies withcompany objectives.- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closure, conductingpresentations, demonstrations, and negotiations.2. Relationship Building:- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholderswithin target customer organizations.- Identify customer needs and pain points, presenting tailored solutions to addressthem.- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing guidance and support throughout thesales and post-sales cycle.3. Sales Performance Tracking and Reporting:- Monitor and track sales performance metrics, including revenue targets, conversionrates, and customer acquisition costs.- Analyze sales and customer success data to identify trends, insights, and areas forimprovement.- Prepare regular reports on sales and customer success activities, progress towardstargets, and market feedback using Salesforce.

Educational and Experience Requirements:Minimum Requirements:
- Graduation in any field from a reputed institute- MBA in Marketing or related field is desired- 5-8 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition,preferably in a B2B environment.- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.- Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.- Knowledge of the automotive or mobility industry is a plus.
