- Sales Strategy, Pipeline & Revenue Growth
- Own the complete B2B sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that target corporate clients, developers, architects, interior designers, and real estate partners.
- Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline through proactive outreach, industry networking, and partnerships within commercial and corporate real estate ecosystems.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth and high conversion ratios.
- Lead Generation & Market Expansion
- Lead structured prospecting initiatives, leveraging market intelligence, real estate trends, and design industry insights to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop long-term relationships with key accounts, commercial brokers, corporate workspace teams, and retail expansion heads.
- Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, real estate forums, and interior design conferences to enhance visibility and expand the client base.
- Client Consultation & Solution Design
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their interior architecture, brand identity, workspace planning, and commercial design requirements.
- Partner with design and project teams to develop tailored solutions that align with client goals, budget constraints, and brand standards.
- Present proposals, design concepts, and commercial solutions that demonstrate value, technical understanding, and ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with marketing, design, product, and project delivery teams to ensure alignment of messaging, service offerings, and brand positioning.
- Provide structured feedback from the field to influence product improvements, design direction, and market strategy.
- Guide junior sales members, providing mentorship, structure, and support in client engagement and lead development.
- Brand Building & Market Positioning
- Strengthen brand presence in corporate and commercial real estate circles through strategic partnerships and consistent outreach.
- Identify market opportunities for brand expansion across retail, office, hospitality, and mixed-use developments.
- Contribute to thought leadership initiatives such as case studies, success stories, and client-facing collateral.
- Experience: 5-15 years in B2B sales with strong exposure to retail sales, commercial real estate, corporate real estate, real estate development, or interior design/architecture verticals.
- Strong network among corporate clients, architects, designers, developers, IPCs, and commercial landlords.
- Proven ability to drive high-value B2B deals and manage CXO-level conversations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles, space planning, and brand identity is highly preferred.
- Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments with ownership and accountability
