Role Summary – B2B Sales Executive

We are looking for a target-driven B2B Sales Executive to develop institutional partnerships with:

  • Schools & Colleges
  • Corporates (for professional training programs)
  • Educational Institutes (for accreditations & joint modules)

Your role will be pivotal in scaling UMA’s reach and building sustainable business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong partnerships with schools, colleges, corporates, and training institutes.
  • Approach decision-makers, conduct meetings, and present custom partnership proposals.
  • Negotiate mutually beneficial contractual agreements.
  • Manage end-to-end partnership process: from lead identification to execution.
  • Coordinate internally for smooth service delivery post tie-up.
  • Maintain structured CRM data and systematic follow-ups.
  • Provide monthly reports on pipeline, partnerships, and revenue contributions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends.

Ideal Candidate Profile

✔ 3–5 years in B2B Institutional Sales (Education Sector preferred)
✔ Strong network in Indian education and corporate training market✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills✔ Data-driven with CRM discipline (Zoho/Hubspot preferred)✔ Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business/Marketing/Education Management

Incentive Structure

Base Salary + Performance Incentives:

  • Incentive on each institutional tie-up (minimum batch size or annual contract).
  • bonus for exceeding 5 tie-ups in a quarter.
  • Quarterly & Annual bonuses tied to institutional revenue growth.
