Job Title: Proactive Sales Executive

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Days: 6 days a week with 1 rotational weekly off
Joining: Immediate or within 15 days

Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹38,000 per month (net take-home) plus travel reimbursements
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in B2B, Corporate, or Event Sales

We are expanding our corporate and events business and are looking for a driven sales professional to join our Mumbai team.

Role Overview

The Proactive Sales Executive will be responsible for field-based business development and corporate sales. This role focuses on acquiring new corporate clients, generating event bookings, and driving consistent revenue growth through direct client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves identifying and approaching potential corporate clients through field visits, networking, and business development activities. The candidate will pitch corporate events, team outings, and entertainment solutions to HR teams and decision-makers. Responsibilities include building and maintaining long-term client relationships, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, and coordinating with internal operations teams to ensure smooth execution of confirmed events. The candidate will represent the brand professionally in all client interactions.

Candidate Profile

Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, event sales, hospitality sales, or a related field. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required. The candidate should be comfortable with field sales, client meetings, and networking activities. A self-motivated, target-oriented approach and the ability to work independently are essential. A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
