Key Responsibilities: Counsel students and working professionals for: IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, SAT German & French language courses (A1–B2 levels) Understand individual goals (academic/migration) and recommend appropriate courses. Convert leads from walk-ins, online inquiries, calls, and events. Maintain follow-ups and manage end-to-end enrollment. Coordinate with trainers and batch scheduling teams to ensure smooth onboarding. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and conversion goals . Update lead status and track progress using CRM and lead management systems. Collaborate on digital campaigns, demo sessions, and outreach events. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 1–4 years of experience in sales, academic counseling, or EdTech services. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi. Confident in presenting course benefits and converting leads into enrollments. Familiarity with test formats (IELTS, GRE, etc.) and CEFR language levels is a plus. Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs, Google Workspace, and Excel. Preferred Skills: Background in language training, visa consulting, or EdTech sales. Understanding of study abroad and immigration pathways. Knowledge of French or German language is a bonus (not mandatory).
