Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Professional to acquire and manage corporate clients, drive revenue growth, and build long-term business relationships in the Chennai market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients through field sales, cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (CXOs, Managers, Procurement teams)
• Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
• Maintain accurate sales data and reports using CRM tools
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in B2B Sales / Corporate Sales / Business Development
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Experience in field sales is preferred
• Knowledge of Chennai business landscape is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
