We offer both education and services across 6 sectors - Jewelry, Fashion, Interiors, Beauty, I.T. & Business. Role Overview: We are looking for dynamic, confident, and empathetic Female Telesales Executives (female only) from who have high English proficiency to drive our student enrollments and B2B service sales. The ideal candidate will be confident in telesales, student counselling, and relationship-building over phone, email, and in-person (as needed). Key Responsibilities: 1. Education Sales & Counselling: Make outbound calls to prospective students from inquiry database. Schedule & eventually lead Orientations Explain course offerings, structure, outcomes, and benefits. Guide students to choose the right course based on their interests and career goals. Follow up regularly to close admissions and maintain CRM updates. 2. B2B Telesales: Reach out to schools, colleges, and other institutional partners to pitch our various services. Set up virtual or physical meetings for senior management. Maintain professional communication records and update the sales funnel consistently. 3. Reporting & Coordination: Maintain call logs, lead trackers, CRM and sales reports. Coordinate with internal departments for smooth enrollment and onboarding. Participate in online and offline promotional events (where required). Who We’re Looking For: Experience: 1+ years in telesales, edtech sales, or customer-facing roles (freshers with strong communication skills can apply). Education: Graduate in any discipline. Background in business, education, or marketing is a plus.
