Jewelry Showroom Sales Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our premium jewelry showroom in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong product knowledge, and the ability to deliver an exceptional in-store experience to clients. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and understand their requirements. Showcase and explain product features, designs, quality, and pricing. Assist customers in selecting jewelry based on their style, preferences, and budget. Maintain in-depth product knowledge, including gold, diamond, and gemstone jewelry. Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat and referral sales. Achieve individual and showroom sales targets. Handle billing, invoicing, and basic stock management at the counter. Ensure visual merchandising and showroom display standards are maintained. Stay updated with current jewelry trends, designs, and promotions. Address customer queries, concerns, and after-sales service needs professionally. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in jewelry or luxury retail sales (freshers with excellent communication may be considered). Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Knowledge of gold, diamonds, and gemstones is an advantage. Fluent in English, Kannada, and Hindi; additional South Indian languages will be a plus. Pleasant personality with grooming standards suitable for luxury retail. Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
