Job Title: Sales Executive – Jewelry

Location: Jayanagar 4th Block
Salary: 20-40K per month

About the Role:
We are seeking passionate and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our growing team. Candidates with prior jewelry sales experience will be given preference. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to drive sales through strong relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting jewelry pieces that suit their style and requirements.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive selling and upselling.
• Provide in-depth product knowledge and explain jewelry details such as materials, designs, and certifications.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and maintain the brand’s reputation.
• Handle billing, exchanges, and other sales-related processes efficiently.
• Maintain showroom displays and stock presentation to ensure an attractive shopping environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience (jewelry/retail luxury sales preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Customer-oriented approach with a flair for relationship management.
• Presentable, confident, and professional demeanor.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and during peak festive/holiday seasons.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Jayanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
