Job Title: B2B Sales Executive – Eco-Friendly Packaging Solutions

Location:

Vadodara (On-site)

Industry:

Sustainable Packaging / Paper Products

Experience Required:

3 – 5 years in B2B Sales (preferably raw material / packaging / FMCG / Horeca / industrial products)

committed to delivering innovative, sustainable, and food-grade paper packaging solutions across India. Our products serve

restaurants, cafes, cloud kitchens, catering businesses, FMCG brands, and retailers

who need bulk packaging solutions.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new B2B leads within hospitality, food & beverage, catering, and FMCG sectors.
Build and maintain strong business relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and large retail accounts.
Pitch eco-friendly packaging solutions and negotiate deals with bulk buyers.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos.
Coordinate with the production and logistics team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline, customer database, and payment follow-ups.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

✅ Requirements

Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
1–4 years of proven B2B sales experience (preferably in raw materials, packaging, printing, FMCG, or similar industry).
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and drive business growth.
Local market knowledge of Vadodara/Gujarat will be an added advantage.
