As a Sales Executive at our company, your role involves proactively reaching out to potential B2B clients, introducing our products/services, and generating interest through Cold Calling & Lead Generation. Crafting engaging email pitches, following up on leads, and nurturing relationships to drive conversions through Cold Emailing & Follow-ups is also a key responsibility. Client Engagement is crucial, where you will build strong rapport with decision-makers, understand their needs, and propose tailored solutions. Working towards meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets is essential for Sales Target Achievement. You will be required to maintain accurate records of calls, emails, and client interactions in CRM software through CRM & Reporting. Market Research is also a part of your responsibilities, where you will identify potential clients, analyze market trends, and gather valuable business insights. Qualifications required for this role include being a Graduate/Undergraduate with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are necessary. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities are crucial for driving successful conversions. Comfort with cold calling, CRM tools, and follow-up coordination is essential. Confidence in handling objections and rejections with a solution-driven approach is needed. Basic understanding of sales techniques and the B2B sales cycle is expected. Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or lead generation is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and professional email communication is required.
