Key Responsibilities

  • Make

    outbound cold calls

    and engage with potential B2B customers.
  • Build, manage, and nurture a strong

    sales pipeline

  • Execute outreach campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align on lead strategies.
  • Track outreach activity and conversion data in CRM tools.
  • Provide feedback and insights to optimize sales messaging and targeting.
  • Analyze performance metrics to continuously improve lead-gen efforts.

What We’re Looking For

  • 0–2 years of experience in a growth, sales, or outbound business development role.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication

    skills.
  • Confident and skilled in

    cold calling and outbound conversations

    .
  • Strong

    analytical skills

    — comfort with data, metrics, and conversion analysis.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and eager to learn and grow in a startup setting.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Prior internship or role in B2B SaaS or tech sales.
  • Exposure to email automation, LinkedIn tools, or sales enablement platforms.
  • Understanding of sales funnel stages and basic growth KPIs.
