What You’ll Own

SEO Lead

This is a high-impact role where you’ll work closely with content, product marketing, and growth teams to bring high-quality traffic and conversions, not just vanity metrics.


Your Day-to-Day

  • Build and lead a scalable SEO strategy with a clear focus on

    inbound lead generation

    .
  • Perform keyword research aligned with

    B2B SaaS user journeys

    , decision stages, and product use cases.
  • Optimize on-page elements, meta structures, content hierarchy, and internal linking like a pro.
  • Track, analyze, and report SEO KPIs that matter—traffic, rankings, MQLs, and conversions.
  • Own Organic Growth Strategy, who can develop & execute a comprehensive organic marketing strategy across SEO, content, social and product-led content initiatives to drive traffic and qualified leads.
  • Lead SEO efforts such as managing keyword research, technical SEO and on-page optimization.
  • Build organic brand presence via LinkedIn, Quora, Reddit and relevant B2B communities. Promote product use cases and insights through the voice of founders and SMEs.
  • Implement CRO best practices across organic landing pages and blog posts.


What You Bring

  • 4-7 years of proven experience driving SEO performance in a

    B2B SaaS environment

    .
  • Strong understanding of the

    entire SEO stack

    —on-page, off-page, technical.
  • Deep expertise with tools like

    Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog

    , and

    GA4

    .
  • Track record of

    growing organic traffic + converting it to leads

    in a competitive niche.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS buyer journey and PLG models.
  • Content-first mindset with the ability to optimize or guide high-quality, keyword-rich content.
  • Data-driven mindset with a bias for experimentation and ROI.

  • Understanding of
