Job Title: B2B Marketing Executive

Experience: 1–3 Years

We are looking for a results-driven B2B Marketing Executive with strong experience in LinkedIn marketing, digital campaigns, and B2B lead generation. The role involves managing performance marketing initiatives and supporting inside sales activities to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn Ads and organic LinkedIn outreach targeting decision-makers
• Manage Google Ads campaigns focused on B2B lead generation
• Execute email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and follow-ups
• Generate and manage high-quality B2B leads through paid and organic channels
• Qualify leads and support the inside sales process through follow-ups and outreach
• Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue objectives
• Track performance metrics, analyze data, and improve lead quality and ROI
• Maintain accurate lead and campaign data in CRM tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B marketing with inside sales exposure
• Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, LinkedIn outreach, and lead generation
• Experience with Google Ads and email marketing platforms
• Understanding of B2B sales funnels and lead qualification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

Preferred Experience

• Experience in SaaS, IT services, recruitment, or agency-based B2B environments
• Knowledge of marketing automation and retargeting strategies
