With multiple outlets and ambitious expansion plans, we’re looking for an operations leader who’s as comfortable on the floor as in the office — someone who understands the hustle of everyday restaurant life and believes in getting things done, not just delegating.
What We’re Looking For
Not from a star hotel background. This role needs someone who has worked in restaurants, cafés, QSRs, or cloud kitchens — and thrived in fast-moving, high-pressure environments.
Someone who is down-to-earth, hands-on, and people-first. You won’t just manage teams — you’ll work alongside them when needed.
A sharp operator who understands how to balance quality, speed, and cost.
A doer, not a desk person. You know the grind and love the process.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across all bakery outlets, ensuring quality, consistency, and smooth service.
Lead outlet managers, kitchen teams, and front staff — hire, train, coach, repeat.
Keep costs tight: manage stock, wastage, procurement, and P&L.
Drive outlet performance through regular reviews, audits, and actionable reporting.
Ensure FSSAI and food safety compliance across all locations.
Coordinate with kitchen and marketing teams for menu rollouts, offers, and events.
Handle customer escalations and frontline feedback swiftly and empathetically.
Set up processes and SOPs for scale — we’re growing, fast.
What You Bring
4-6 years of F&B experience in restaurants, cafés, or delivery-first brands (not hotel backgrounds).
Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
Deep operational understanding — from kitchen to cashier.
Ability to travel to outlets and stay involved on-ground.
A calm, solution-focused mindset and zero ego.
