Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated B2B Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in executing and managing marketing campaigns for international markets. This role is ideal for professionals with 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing or lead generation who are looking to grow their career in demand generation and performance marketing.

This is a pure marketing execution role with no direct sales or revenue-closing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and manage B2B lead generation and demand generation campaigns
• Support email marketing, content syndication, and nurture programs
• Assist in campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery
• Track and maintain lead data quality and campaign reports
• Analyze campaign performance and share insights for optimization
• Ensure adherence to client targeting, ICPs, and campaign guidelines

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, or demand generation
• Basic understanding of B2B funnels, buyer personas, and lead lifecycle
• Familiarity with email marketing tools, CRM, or marketing automation platforms
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)

• Work Schedule: UK & US shifts
• Job Type: Full-time
• Compensation: ₹40,000 per month
