Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphics Designer to join our team and help enhance our presence on various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, be highly creative, and proficient in design tools like Photoshop, Canva, or Illustrator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually appealing graphics for social media posts, ads, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop creative concepts that align with the company’s brand and marketing goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for our target audience.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
• Meet deadlines while working on multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

• Strong graphic design skills and a good eye for visual content.
• Familiarity with design tools.
• Ability to take initiative, work independently, and come up with new design ideas.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (freshers are welcome!).
• Experience with social media post design is a plus.

KPIs:

• Number of graphics created per week/month.
• Engagement rate on posts designed.
• On-time completion of assigned design tasks.
