Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Cold Calling Executive – B2B to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator with a passion for connecting with business clients, generating qualified leads, and driving sales growth through proactive outreach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential business clients, introducing and promoting our products/services.
  • Identify decision-makers, qualify leads, and gather relevant information to assess business needs.
  • Build rapport with prospects and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to their requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and update the CRM system regularly.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handover and follow-up.
  • Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and sales targets.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Stay updated on product offerings and industry developments to enhance sales conversations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent and positive.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

  • Experience in B2B lead generation and pipeline management.
  • Familiarity with target industries and ability to quickly learn new product information.
