Role Overview

B2B marketing

Key Responsibilities

• Content Marketing:

  Develop case studies, client success stories, decks, and newsletters highlighting our BFSI wins & MICE expertise.

• LinkedIn Marketing:

  Manage company page & leadership profiles, create engaging posts, and grow our professional network.

• Email Marketing:

  Design and execute targeted email campaigns for CXOs, HR, Marketing, and Procurement heads.

• Sales Enablement:

  Support the business team with impactful presentations, brochures, proposals, and follow-up collaterals.

• Market Research:

  Identify potential client segments in BFSI, Pharma, Chemicals, FMCG, etc., and build targeted outreach lists.

• Event Marketing:

  Promote upcoming events, workshops, and thought-leadership initiatives across digital platforms.

• Analytics & Reporting:

  Track engagement metrics and campaign performance, suggest improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate/Postgraduate in

  Marketing, Communications, or Business

  (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

• 2–4 years of B2B marketing experience

  (event/agency background is a plus).
• Strong command of

  LinkedIn, email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp/HubSpot), and MS Office/Canva

  .
• Excellent

  content writing & communication skills

  (English).
• Ability to work in a

  fast-paced, creative, and client-facing environment

  .

What We Offer

• Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (depending on experience).
