Job Description

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a LinkedIn content strategy aligned with brand goals and seasonal MICE offerings Create and manage engaging posts, articles, carousels, event updates, and behind-the-scenes stories. Grow and engage our target audience through optimized content, community engagement, and targeted messaging. Build relationships with decision-makers, event planners, and corporate clients via outreach campaigns Track and analyze performance metrics to improve reach, engagement, and lead conversions Leverage LinkedIn analytics and tools (Sales Navigator, etc.) to identify and connect with prospects Stay updated on LinkedIn algorithm changes, B2B trends, and MICE industry insights Coordinate with design and sales teams for creative input and lead follow-ups requirements. Proven experience managing LinkedIn for a B2B brand (preferably in events, travel, hospitality). Strong understanding of LinkedIn content formats, lead gen tools, and outreach best practices.
