As a B2B Executive based in Madurai, your primary objective is to drive the company's B2B sales strategy, cultivate strong relationships with business clients, and identify new business opportunities. Your role entails managing key accounts, expanding partnerships, and providing tailored solutions to meet the specific needs of business clients. Collaboration with the sales, marketing, and product teams is crucial to drive revenue growth and ensure client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: - Business Development: Identifying and targeting potential B2B clients, developing and executing sales strategies, conducting market research, building a pipeline of opportunities, and managing the sales process. - Client Relationship Management: Establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers, providing ongoing support and service, and delivering customized solutions. - Sales Strategy and Execution: Aligning B2B sales strategies with company goals, negotiating contracts, driving the sales cycle, and monitoring performance. - Team Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams to ensure B2B solutions align with client needs, collaborating with the marketing team on targeted campaigns, and providing feedback to the product development team. - Reporting and Analysis: Tracking sales activities, preparing reports for senior leadership, and utilizing CRM software to manage client interactions.
