Job Responsibilities:

Manage N1 and N2 sales for both retail and corporate leasing, ensuring revenue growth and increased market share.
Oversee vehicle leasing solutions for SMEs, corporates, retail customers, and individual profiles.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships by offering customized leasing solutions to meet diverse requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement strategic business initiatives that improve service delivery.
Analyse market trends and customer feedback to refine product offerings and promotional strategies.
Lead training and development programs for team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
Manage the entire sales cyclefrom lead generation to agreement and deliveryensuring a smooth client experience.

Key Skills:

Qualifications:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Sales, or related field
Strong background in leasing, automobile, or financial services preferred
