Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify target clients and uncover new business opportunities. Build and nurture long-term relationships with both prospective and existing clients to drive engagement and loyalty. Proactively generate, qualify, and convert leads into successful business deals. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to craft tailored proposals and solutions that align with client requirements. Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to pinpoint areas for strategic growth. Lead contract negotiations and deal closures to maximize revenue while ensuring client satisfaction. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction and long-term retention. Preferred Candidate Profile: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset. Proven track record of consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets. Analytical thinker with a strategic approach to problem-solving. Recent graduates with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales are welcome to apply. 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development is preferred, but not essential. (Freshers are also welcome.) Bike and laptop are mandatory.
