Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Azure Solution Architect with deep expertise in Generative AI, AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Azure Cloud and AI/ML technologies, with a proven record of designing and delivering enterprise-grade AI architectures. This role requires 12 to 15 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and implement Azure-based solutions for GenAI and Agentic AI applications.
Develop data storage and retrieval layers using Azure Cosmos DB and Azure Blob Storage.
Build and optimize RAG pipelines leveraging Azure OpenAI Services, Vector Embeddings, and Azure AI Search.
Implement Azure security best practices including Azure Key Vault, RBAC, and secure configuration management.
Provide technical leadership, design governance, and hands-on support throughout the solution lifecycle.
Collaborate with stakeholders to create Proofs of Concept (POCs) based on strategic business discussions and CXO-level inputs.

Job Requirements

Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to conceptualize complex AI architectures and present them to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Passion for innovation, scalability, and real-world impact through AI adoption.
Experience in solution architecture, design, and deployment for AI-driven systems.
Proficiency in Python-based AI/ML modules and ensuring seamless integration within Azure environments.
A Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification is preferred.
A Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate certification is preferred.
