SAP OTC + STC Consultant

What You Need to Be Successful

Education & Experience
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related field

6-8 years of progressive experience in SAP OTC
5+ years as SAP OTC functional or techno-functional consultant
At least 1 full end-to-end SAP OTC implementation

SAP OTC Expertise
Hands-on experience across blueprinting, gap analysis, mapping, design, development, testing, go-live, training, and post-production support

Strong knowledge in SD areas:
Customer Master

Sales Support
Shipping of Material
Sales Activities
Billing
Credit Management
Contract Handling & Management

Cross-functional integration with other SAP modules

Core Skills
Logical thinking & problem-solving

Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across all levels
Independent ownership of end-to-end projects
Experience in mergers & acquisitions, upgrades, rollouts, and global projects (preferred)

CS/STC (Customer Service / Service-to-Cash) Expertise

Configuration in CS module (including ODP1)
Org structure, CS master data, supporting document types, pricing
Corrective & preventive maintenance services
Resource-related billing (DP90)
Service contract management, monitoring & analytics
Recurring services analytics & service order management
Interaction center service request management
Business process requirement gap analysis
