Position Overview
We are seeking an Azure Platform Engineering Manager to lead our India-based engineering team. This role is pivotal in driving the design, development, and operational excellence of our Azure-based cloud platform, supporting mission-critical healthcare billing applications. You will work closely with US-based senior leadership and cross-functional teams in a Safe Agile environment to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud solutions.
Lead and mentor a team of Azure platform engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Drive the implementation of Azure best practices in infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, monitoring, and security.
10+ years of hands-on experience in Azure platform engineering, including IaaS, PaaS, networking, and security.
Experience with tools like Terraform, GitHub Actions, and monitoring platforms (e.g., LogicMonitor, Azure Monitor, App Insights).
