The team ensures seamless service delivery while identifying opportunities for financial solutions via cross-sell and upsell. It supports sales and operations through quality improvement, coaching, and compliance monitoring, aiming to enhance customer experience and sales effectiveness.

About the Role:

The Axis Phones Officer is responsible for delivering exceptional service to Axis Bank customers, resolving queries efficiently, and driving product sales through upselling and cross-selling. The role demands strong communication, process adherence, and customer-centricity.

Key Responsibilities:

Be the best for our customers by:

• Taking complete ownership of customer queries and problems
• Delivering courteous and accurate service
• Ensuring zero errors in product and process handling
• Escalating issues to relevant internal teams
• Resolving complaints effectively with high satisfaction scores

Ensure process efficiency by:

• Complying with service and sales guidelines
• Meeting call quality targets
• Resolving queries on first contact with minimal handling time

Cross-sell / Upsell products such as:

• Loans and Mortgages
• Priority / Elite Accounts

Qualifications:

• Graduate or Postgraduate from a recognized institution
• 25 years of relevant experience in voice-based customer service

Role Proficiencies:

• Proficiency in banking systems and transactions
• Strong communication skills in English and local language
• Excellent lead generation and conversion skills
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Team collaboration and high sales orientation
• Resilience and motivation to contribute to a growing department
