Job Description

Synoris is looking for a results-driven AWS Sales professional who can own end-to-end AWS services sales—from lead generation to closure—working closely with AWS Partner teams and Synoris’ solution architects.

This role is quota-carrying, client-facing, and ideal for someone who already has an active CXO / IT Head network.

Key ResponsibilitiesAWS Sales & Business Development

  • Sell AWS Cloud Services:
  • Cloud migration (EC2, RDS, VPC, IAM)
  • Managed AWS services
  • Cost optimization & Well-Architected Reviews
  • DevOps, Containers (EKS/ECS/Fargate)
  • AI/ML, Data & GenAI on AWS (Bedrock, SageMaker – advantage)
  • Identify, qualify, and close mid-market & enterprise AWS deals
  • Drive new logo acquisition and account expansion

Partner & Ecosystem Management

  • Work with AWS Partner Development Managers (PDMs)
  • Register opportunities in AWS ACE
  • Participate in joint AWS sales motions, events, and campaigns
  • Support Synoris’ Advanced → Premier Partner journey

Client Engagement

  • Manage a minimum 40–50 active client relationships
  • Engage with CTOs, CIOs, IT Heads, Founders
  • Lead solution discussions with presales/architect teams
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and commercials

Sales Operations

  • Maintain CRM pipeline, forecasts, and closures
  • Achieve monthly & quarterly revenue targets
  • Provide market feedback to leadership

Mandatory Requirements

  • 3–4+ years of AWS / Cloud sales experience
  • Proven experience managing 50+ client base
  • Strong understanding of AWS core services
  • Experience selling cloud consulting or managed services
  • Familiarity with AWS Partner model & ACE
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills

Good to Have (Strong Advantage)

  • Worked with an AWS Advanced / Premier Partner
  • Experience selling Well-Architected Reviews
  • Understanding of cloud security, compliance, FinOps
  • Exposure to AI/ML or Data workloads on AWS
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner / Sales accreditation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,576.31 - ₹53,248.53 per month
