Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager at our company located in Ahmedabad, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing client accounts effectively, including onboarding, escalation, and training - Leading and supervising a team, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback - Monthly review and submission of Team PLI to the HOD - Developing strategies for optimal customer success, executing them, and analyzing outcomes - Regularly reviewing customer database and conducting health checks - Overseeing helpdesk, content, and ticket management - Planning and executing customer training programs - Managing training materials such as Knowledge Base, Video Tutorials, and FAQs - Handling customer escalations and ensuring timely resolutions - Achieving revenue targets for the department - Coordinating client onboarding and delivery processes until the go-live stage - Creating case studies, success stories, and testimonials - Preparing MIS reports and conducting analysis Qualifications required for this role include: - Strong understanding of e-commerce technical fundamentals, with working knowledge of Magento considered an added advantage - Excellent communication skills and the ability to actively listen to clients" problems and provide effective solutions Our company offers a range of benefits including a 5-day work week, medical insurance incentives, gratuity, earned leaves, and a world-class facility.
