As a Customer Success Manager at our Ahmedabad location, you will have the opportunity to lead a dynamic team to ensure the success and satisfaction of our clients. Your role will involve customer success, client account management, onboarding, escalation, and training. You will also lead team management, conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback to enhance productivity. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating strategies to ensure optimum customer success for license and SaaS products. This includes reviewing customer databases, conducting health checks, managing customer escalations, and resolving issues promptly. Achieving revenue quotas for the department and preparing case studies and success stories will be crucial aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you must possess a good understanding of e-commerce fundamentals, with working knowledge of Magento being an added advantage.
