Client Overview:-

Our client, a leading player in the high-tech industry, is seeking an experienced Assistant Vice President to lead their sales process. This role focuses on empowering small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to establish and enhance their online presence.

Responsibilities

  • Financial and Growth

    : Deliver on Financial goals for the business; find opportunities for Growth & deliver on growth commitments; identify key cost metrics and ensure they are optimized. Anticipate & plan for new business; prepare for infrastructure and other growth-related requirements; plan for resources based on work type and work volume projection and current available head count; and allocate responsibilities. Partner with the BD, Solutioning, Sales team on Commercials, pricing, winning deals.
  • Performance Monitoring & Operation Management:

    Manage workflow, handle escalations, proactively engage resources to address issues and effectively delegate workload across the leadership team. Drive creation of staffing plans, schedules, quality initiatives, process change initiatives, Lean/Kaizen activities, and other change/Six Sigma initiatives for process improvement. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales progress. Regularly analyse data to ensure goals are met and identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Leadership:

    Lead and mentor a dynamic team. Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration to achieve targets/ KPI’s and exceed client expectations.
  • Client Engagement:

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand their unique needs and provide solutions accordingly. Participate in business leadership meetings, helping to develop and drive strategies and programs which improve the competitive position and profitability of the organization. Identifying and eliminating root cause barriers to any KPIs, productivity, TAT and quality etc. Should be able to communicate well with the clients and be able to present data post analysis.
  • Market Analysis:

    Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities. Use insights to refine sales strategies and improve client offerings.
  • Continuous Improvements:

    Driving WoW experience with continuous improvements creating an impact & differentiating us from other partners.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with broader business objectives, additionally, own delivery estimations, solutioning and pricing for proposed client solutions and working closely with Genpact and client is legal in the creation and review of customer commercial agreements, License / SaaS, SOW, Change requests etc.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in any stream, however Tech graduates are preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales leadership within the high-tech industry
  • BPO exp. in leading a group of 300+ people
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation and Lean Six Sigma
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyse complex data and make informed decisions
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing operational strategies

Work Location

This work requires to be flexible in travelling anywhere in India & within Hyderabad & Warangal
