Role Overview

The incumbent will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients, managing key relationships, and contributing to the overall revenue objectives of Tenon FM. The role requires a strategic, client-focused professional with a deep understanding of the industry and a proven track record in business development within manpower-intensive services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate business leads through networking, cold calling, and industry referrals.
  • Drive new client acquisition in the integrated facilities management and security services domain across corporate sectors.
  • Build and sustain long-term client relationships with decision-makers in IT/ITeS, Manufacturing, BFSI, and other relevant industries.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored business proposals, RFP responses, and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with Operations, HR, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure seamless transition from proposal to service delivery.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and ensure consistent forecasting and reporting.
  • Track market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Participate in strategic reviews and client retention initiatives to enhance business profitability.

Key Requirements

10+ years of experience in B2B corporate sales in facilities management.
  • Strong network and market presence in the corporate segment (preferably IT/ITeS, Manufacturing, or BFSI).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with operations and delivery teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to work independently, and manage multiple stakeholders.
